Fee & Term Registration Notice: Term – 3 (PGP 2022-24)

1. Fee payment:
Students are requested to pay their Term – 3 fees by 2nd Jan 2023 as per details given below.

Schedule of payment and late fee details are as below:


Dec 8 2022 – Jan 2, 2023 No fine

With a fine of ₹ 1000 plus ₹ 200 for each day of delay
Jan 9, 2023 onwards

The options for mode of payment of fees are as follows:

Option-2: Payment Gateway
Students can pay the fee through SB Collect Payment Gateway also; the link is available in our Institute website.
Cheque / Cash payment is not accepted.
While making the payment to the Institute account, students are requested to quote their Name, Roll Number and the
Term for which fee is being paid in the appropriate place in the wire transfer transaction for validating the fee payment
received by the Institute. Once the transfer is successfully done, students are requested to note/collect the Transaction
Slip along-with Unique Transaction Reference (UTR) Number from the bank. Students are required to write their
Name, Roll Number, Term and UTR Number in the confirmation slip while submitting it to the Finance Counter at the
time of Registration.
Please note that those who are arranging fee payment through Bank, are requested to instruct the Bank to write Roll No.
and Name of student in remarks while making payment to the Institute. This will enable us to trace the payment and easy
reconciliation. If the payment is untraceable, it will show unpaid status which may invite late fee penalty as applicable.
Students who have not paid the Term fees with fine before one week of the beginning of Mid Term, will not be allowed
to take the examination and there would be NO make-up examination for them.

2. Registration:

Day (Date) : Monday, January 2, 2023
Timing : 09:30 – 11:30 hrs
Mandatory requirement : Registration in person at IIMV Permanent Campus
Activities during Registration:
1. Signature in the Term Registration File
2. Submission of Fee Payment Confirmation Slip/ Sign on Fee Register
3. Collection of textbooks and course packs

3. Late Registration:
• Students must register on the first day of each term as per registration schedule. The date of registration is
sacrosanct.
• Late registration may be allowed in exceptional cases only with prior permission of the PGP Chairperson. However,
late registration fine will apply.
• Late registration fee is ₹ 10,000 a day.
• Students who do not register on the first day of the term or seek permission for late registration, will have to drop
the term and take it in the next academic year to complete their academic requirements.
