26.12.2018: The undersigned meet to the State Director and Dy.
Director, Bhubaneshwar and discussed about the implementation of
honey mission program in odisha state. As per instructions of State
Director I visited to Balasore Bee Keeping Industrial Co-operative
Society for inspection the bee box, bees colonies and other beekeeping
equipments as the party was finalized state office for supply of bee hives,
bee colonies and other bee equipments under Honey Mission. After
that, I visited Honey Mission/SBEC section on that day the incharge
Honey Mission/SBEC, Bhubaneswar was on leave, I am waiting to
incharge honey mission/SBEC and halt at Bhubaneswar.
27.12.2018: I have visited honey mission/SBEC section and discussed
with incharge SBEC about the implementation of honey mission program
as per guide lines of the Honey Mission ( i.e. received application form,
undertaking, training, received of own contribution 20/10% etc,). The
State Director issued the work order to me for attending the work during
my tour period at Bhubaneshwar. After receipt the work order, I met to
state director and discussed about the work order and inform to state
Director, I have been allowed only 2/3days for odisha tour by my
Director (i.e. 26.12.2018 to 28.12.2018) as already I have been allotted
the work by Director Vigilance, C.O., KVIC, Mumbai, to State office,
KVIC, Kolkata , West Bengal for Vigilance inspection of honey Mission
Program of the west Bengal state which was implemented by State office,
KVIC, Kolkata. Then as per instructions of State Director I visited to the
society for pre inspection for all beekeeping equipments to be supply to
S.O. Bhubaneshwar under Honey Mission. Accordingly I Proceed on
28.12.2018 from Bhubaneswar to Balasore Bee Keeping Industrial Co-
operative society, Balasore reaching on 10.30 A.M and discussed with
President & Secretary of the society about supply of bee box with live
bees colonies and equipments to the beneficiary under Honey Mission.
The list for the same was supplied by State office, KVIC, Odisha, The
some bee box i.e. 05 to 10 no’s and equipments were inspected and found
satisfactory. It was also instructed to secretary of the society, the paints
(Color) of the bee box should be wooden Color and top cover of the bee
box should be making hut shape design.
