• UNDERGROUD COAL MINING.
As per CIL Chairman presentation in JUNE 2023, and as per Government of India’s guide lines, CIL has Ambitious Mission to
quadruple the production up to 100 Million tones from underground coal mining by 2028 by auction of upcoming 316 coal
blocks. In order to meet out the requirement of machinery, around 330 sets of Continuous Miner package shall be required.

Each Continuous Miner package is costing around Rs 70- 95 Crores based on the manufacturer. So there is a huge
opportunity of providing equipment on hiring basis to the mines owners.

•OPEN CAST MINING.

In order to achieve the mission of government of India to minimize the import of Coal so as to grow Country economically
by saving foreign currency and reduction of cost, already auction of 129 number of coal blocks have taken and most of them
are yet to be made operational. Thereby huge fleet of opencast equipment like Dumpers/Dozers/Excavators etc shall be
required.

•OTHER ALLIED PLANTS.

Lot of Excavator/Dumper/Dozers and other allied equipments are required for raw material handling in Cement/Steel/Other
plants.

 PROPOSAL
In today’s scenario, of outsourcing to reduce the burden of capital investment,
Mine / plant owners give preferences to the service providers, those can take
care of capital cost also for their services.

Viewing in the huge opportunity of leasing and O&M subsequently, we BEDFORD

EARTH MOVERS INC propose to enter into an agreement with GMMCO where in
GMMCO shall be leasing the equipment and BEDFORD EARTH MOVERS INC shall
take care of operations and maintenance.

There shall be a tripartite agreement between GMMCO, BEDFORD EARTH

MOVERS INC & Client, GMMCO will lease the equipment directly to the client &
BEDFORD EARTH MOVERS INC will take care of O&M.
