1 概述

1 Brief Introductions

1.1 天然石膏一般分为二水石膏和无水石膏，要使石膏成为具有使用
价值的胶凝材料，须采用二水石膏，通过加热脱除掉部分结晶水，变成半水石膏。
生产出来的石膏粉可广泛的应用于生产石膏板，装饰板，石膏砌块，墙体粉，
石膏模具等。
1.1 Natural gypsum generally includes dihydrate gypsum and anhydrous gypsum. In
order to get the valuable materials, generally, we get semi-hydrated gypsum through
heating the dihydrate gypsum.
CaSO4·2H2O heating CaSO4·1/2H2O+3/2 H2O↑
The calcined semi-hydrated gypsum can widely be used for plasterboard, decoration
board, gypsum block, stucco gypsum, and molding gypsum etc.

1.2 Equipment characteristics :
1.2.1The production machines are easy to arrange into a whole production line.
Except production special set parts, the rest can adopt domestic standard equipment.
The driving device can also adopt domestic standard equipment. This would reduce
the manufacture of nonstandard equipment; thus the production because more safe
and stable.

半水石膏的含量：≥80％可调
二水石膏的含量：﹤5％可调
可溶性无水石膏含量：﹤5％可调
5).初凝时间：3～8min 可调；终凝时间：6～15min 可调。

4.1 料斗
4.1 Hopper

4.1.1 用途: 用来储存装载机提供的大块石膏矿石，减少装载机的工作时

4.1.1 Application: to store the large gypsum ore from the loader in order to decrease
the working time of the loader.
4.2.给料机
4.2 Feeder
型号 Type: CZG0827

4.2.1 用途：用来给破碎机自动连续、均匀给料.
4.2.1 Application：to feed the crusher continuously, uniformly and automatically.
4.2.2 工作原理:
通过三角皮带把调速电机的主运动传给偏心轴，偏心轴通过轴承及座与机体连
接，把调速电机的旋转运动传递给机体，再利用前支弹簧将旋转运动转化成全副
振动。从而达到给料的目的。
4.2.2 Working principle
To pass on the primary motion from the adjustable-speed motor to the
eccentric shaft through the triangle belt. The eccentric shaft connect with the
organism through the bearing and pass on the rotational motion from the
adjustable-speed motor to the organism, then transform the rotational motion

into heavily vibration to achieve the goal of feeding.

4.3.锤式破碎机
4.3 Hammer Crusher

4.3.1 用途：用来破碎大块石膏矿石料进行中、细破碎，得到所需要的破碎粒度。
4.3.1 Application: to crush the big size gypsum ore to get the crushing size needed.
4.3.2 工作原理
通过三角带驱动破碎机转子，转子带动锤头做高速圆周运动，当物料进入破碎腔
时，受到高速旋转的锤头打击而破碎,大块特料落在中部担条上，经锤头多次打
击,破碎成小块后落入下部,经破碎后粒度大于要求的物料,随新物料沿锤头切线
方向,打向反击板再次破碎，从而使粗，中，细碎一步到位，最后符合要求的物
料经筛板孔卸出。
4.3.2 Working principle:
The motor drives the rotor of the crusher and the rotor drives the hammerhead
to do high-speed circular motion. The materials into the crushing space breaks
after hit by the hammerhead. The big size materials falls onto the central arm
bar and hit by the hammerhead repeatedly and then breaks into small size an
d falls onto the bottom.The materials bigger than the required size along with
the new materials attacks counter-attack board to crush again. All the size up
materials unload from the sieve plate hole.

4.4 1#斗式提升机
4.4 1#bucket elevator

4.4.1 用途：用来把破碎好的石膏矿石颗粒提升输送到 1#料仓。

4.4.1Application: to lift and convey the crushed materials into the 1#bunker.
4.4.2 工作原理：料斗把物料从底部舀起，随着链提升到顶部，绕过顶轮后向下
翻转倾倒至下料出口。
4.4.2 Working principle: the hopper scoops up the materials from the bottom and lift
up to the top by the chain. The hopper turns down and pours the materials into the exit
of the materials.
4.4.3 特点
1).驱动功率小,采用流入式喂料、诱导式卸料、大容量的料斗密集型布置.在物料
提升时几乎无回料和挖料现象,因此无效功率少。
2).提升范围广,这类提升机对物料的种类、特性要求少,不但能提升一般粉状、小
颗粒状物料,而且可提升磨琢性较大的物料.密封性好,环境污染少。
3).运行可靠性好,先进的设计原理和加工方法,保证了整机运行的可靠性,.提升机
运行平稳,因此可达到较高的提升高度。

erials back and digging while being lift so there is less reactive power.

ft the big size materials. The tightness is good and has less pollution.

4.6 磨粉机 Powder Grinder

4.6.1 用途：用来粉碎并通过分析机及风机的共同作用，可满足不同用户的磨粉
细度要求
4.6.1 Application: to smash the gypsum ore and combined with the analysis of machine and
fan,can meet different user for various use.

4.6.2工作原理：
磨粉机工作时，将需要粉碎的物料从机罩壳侧面的进料斗加入机内，依靠悬挂在
主机梅花架上的磨辊装置，绕着垂直轴线公转，同时本身自转，由于旋转时离心
力的作用，磨辊向外摆动，紧压于磨环，使铲刀铲起物料送到磨辊与磨环之间，
因磨辊的滚动碾压而达到粉碎物料的目的
4.6.2 Working principle:
While the powder mill working, the materials needs to crush go into the mach
ine through the feeding hopper. The machine revolute around the vertical axis,
depending on the mill roller which is hang on the plum shelf on the main ma
chine and rotates itself. Due to the centrifugal force while rotating, the mill rol
ler waves outside tightly pressing the mill ring and letting the scraper knife sc
oop up the material and send them between the mill roller and the mill ring.T
he mill roller rolls and crush the materials.
4.6.3 特点
1).整机为立式结构，占地面积小，系统性强，从原材料的粗加工到输送到制粉及
最后的包装，可自成一个独立的生产系统。
2).与其他磨粉设备相比，通筛率高达99%。
3).磨主机传动装置采用密闭齿轮箱和带轮，传动平稳，运转可靠。

4.7.1 用途：用来收集沸腾炉煅烧石膏粉产生的废气中的粉尘加以回收，并使排
出的潮气达到排放要求。

4.7.1 Application: It is used to collect the dust of the waste gas that produced by
calcining gypsum powder in furnace in fluid bed and make it discharged moisture
up to requirements.

我厂生产的高压静电除尘器优于国内同类型产品性能，已推广应用多年，除具有
较高的放电性能（运行电压高、电晕电流大），电晕线不断线，不包灰肥大，振
打清灰效果好、气流分布均匀、热风清扫绝缘好、清除积灰爬电故障优点外，还

4.8.1 用途：用来给沸腾炉提供大流量压缩空气
4.8.1Application: Provides a flow of compressed air for Fluidizing Furnace

4.8.2 工作原理:茨风机也被称为容积式风机，输送的风量与转数成比例，轮与椭
圆形机箱内孔面及各叶轮三者之间始终保持微小的间隙，由于叶轮互为反方向匀
速旋转，使箱体和叶轮所包围着的一定量的气体由吸入的一侧输送到排出的一
侧。各支叶轮始终由同步齿轮保持正确的相位，不会出现互相碰触现象，因而可
以高速化，不需要内部润滑，而且结构简单，运转平稳，性能稳定，适应多种用
途，已运用于广泛的领域。

4.8.2Working Principle:
Roots fan is also known as positive displacement blower fan ,it conveying air volume
and revolutions in proportion.It remains tiny gap among wheel ,oval hole inside
surface the case and each impeller. Because of the impeller are rotating at a constant
speed in the opposite direction, making casing and impeller surrounded by a certain
amount of gas from the suction side to the discharge side. Each impeller always keep
correct phase by synchronous gear, there will not be touched each other,as a result ,it
has been applied to a wide range of fields because of high speed and not internal

4.9 叶轮给料机

4.9.1 用途
叶轮给料机用于将上部料仓中的干燥粉状物料或小颗粒物料连续地、均匀地
喂送到下一设备中去，是一种定量给料设备。
工作原理：由阀体、传动轴、叶片和减速器等组成。减速电机带动传动轴和叶轮
旋转，从而达到卸料的目的。具有叶片耐磨性好，锁气性能高、卸料彻底、连接
平稳、结构紧凑等特点，弹性叶轮给料机采用弹性转子，密封性更好，保证均匀
喂料。

5 Heating system

Structural features of direct fired gas hot blast furnace:
1. The structure of the direct fired gas-fired hot-air stove consists of a cylinder, an
insulating layer and a stainless steel shell installed around the outside of the cylinder.
The cylinder is a circular cylinder structure. The burner sleeve at the front end of the
cylinder extends to the inside of the cylinder. The cooling air pipes are all distributed
on the side wall of the cylinder. The front end of the cylinder is provided with a
window. The end of the cylinder is connected with a hot-air outlet pipe. The hot-air
outlet pipe is provided with an air volume regulating branch pipe and a thermocouple
is provided inside the hot-air outlet pipe.
2. The burner sleeve of the gas-fired hot-air stove is located in the center of the front
end of the barrel. The integrated burner or split burner can be fixed inside the burner
sleeve. The burner has flame monitoring and power regulation functions. The use of
mature burner products can reduce the design cost of the burner. The cooling air pipes
are evenly distributed on the side wall of the cylinder along the circumference, the

temperature air, so as to supplement the large air volume required under specific
conditions.
3. The window of the direct fired hot blast stove is of arbitrary shape, and the
transparent quartz and other high-temperature resistant materials are used as the light
transmitting medium. It is set at the front end of the barrel and can be continuously
blown by the cooling air blown through the cooling air pipe to keep the transparent
quartz glass of the window free of deposits. More transparent media are transparent
ceramic materials such as quartz glass, transparent zirconia and transparent
magnesium oxide.
4. The diameter of the hot air outlet pipe of the direct fired gas hot blast furnace is
smaller than the cylinder, and the two are connected by a conical surface. The air
volume regulating branch pipe is provided with a valve, which can adjust the opening
and closing size of the valve according to the air volume required by the hot air outlet
pipe, and the induced draft fan can be connected behind the valve. The temperature
measured by the thermocouple can be transmitted to the temperature control meter to
control the power of the integrated burner by proportional regulation, or the power of
the split burner can be controlled by PLC.

6.1 该方案基于以往安装过程信息设计，可能会稍加改动，但会达到买方产量要
求。
6.1 This items are based solely on information in the entire production line installation
process ,may be minor changes later.Anyway, it can reach the annual capacity you
require.
6.2 由于设备生产厂商不同，设备功率有所差别，涉及的设备功率仅供参考。

6.3 价格不包含料仓，需要买方负责。如果需要买方提供，可面谈。

致基本条件不充足，那么安装时间要顺延。如发生不可抗力事件（如战争、内战、
封锁、地震、火灾、水灾等）由双方协商终止或继续履行合同事宜.

buyer should have enough workers for installation/commissioning .
