2. Changes in Award conditions: Change in course, country or institution are subject to NSFA F approv al. A
student is required to request in writing for approv al of such changes to NSFA F to
studentsrelations@nsfaf.na.
3. Notwithstanding the stated maximum loan amount and annual allocations incidental thereto (both
tuition and non-tuition fees), the actual payments may be different. The actual payment for tuition fee
is inv oice based, whilst for non-tuition is wholly dependent on the extent that the budget can allow.
