Reference complaint No. IS070319-1757924. A scrutiny committee was constituted

to examine the eligibility of candidates i.e. qualification, services record, length of service and
computer skills in the light of Service Rules for promotion / selection of LDC’s to DEO.
02. Later on a test was conducted and the case of successful official’s members with all
other codal formalities was placed before Departmental Selection Committee for recommendations
regarding promotion / selection of LDCs to DEO, according to Rules and Regulations.
03. Therefore Promotion’s of DEO’s were made through proper procedure according to
service rule of HF.
04. Further, Driver’s up gradation, has been processed as per Finance Division, Office
Memorandum Notification No 1(4) R-I/2009 dated 31, December, 2012.

Dear Sir,
With reference to the Office Order No. 2(507)/2012-HF(A), I would like to draw
your kind attention to the fact that I have never been into any such case of misconduct at any
level and the alleged charge levied upon me are baseless and based on misconception, which
created false impression.

02. I therefore, request you that the office order may kindly be cancelled / withdrawn
and exonerate me from false and baseless charge levied upon me in the said show cause.
