    Telematics Gateway (TGW) Fault Codes Not Able


    To Be Cleared Using Tech Tool-For Example-
    B100213 Diagnostic Trouble Code(DTC)

     Internal Content

    As of this time the TGW fault codes ( for example B100213 DTC ) not being able
    to be cleared using Tech Tool issue, has been recognized and is currently under
    investigation.

    1. These are nuisance codes that has no effect on the performance of the
    vehicle.

    2. This is not a Tech Tool issue.

    3. There is nothing that can be done at this time to clear the codes and the truck
    should be released.

    4. This issue will most likely be resolved with a future TGW software update.
