Post-Communion Prayer: God of all grace, your Son Jesus Christ fed the hungry with the
bread of his life and the word of his kingdom. Renew your people with your heavenly grace,
and in all our weakness sustain us by your true and living bread, who is alive and reigns with
you and the Holy Spirit, one God, now and for ever. Amen

Diocesan cycle of prayer: the Bishop writes: “As recently confirmed persons from across
the diocese gather together, we pray that they and we may ‘daily increase in the Holy Spirit
more and more’. As All Saints’ tide approaches, we remember the faithful departed, those
who have been saints for us, the oneness of the church seen and unseen, and we pray for a
rich sense of belief in the communion of saints.” Anglican Cycle of Prayer: The Anglican
Church of Melanesia.
