YOGURT MAPLE PANCAKE

Assalamualaikum Wr Wb, we are from group 6, will share the recipe for
yogurt pancakes from our group.
Before that let's start with introductions of our member

My name is Ghalih Maulana number twenty two, (22)
and My name is M. Auffa Hakim Aditya number thirty two (32)
We will present about how to make yogurt maple pancake to fulfill the
ninth grade practical assignment.

TITLE ( judul )
The product that we make and process is a simple food, called yogurt
maple pancake which tastes sweet and delicious.

TOOLS AND INGREDIENTS ( alat dan bahan)

This is the tools and ingredients we need to make yogurt maple pancake:
• Spoon
• Pan
• Scissors
• Plate
• Spatula
• Stirrer
• Stove
• Bowl
• Measuring spoon
• Measuring cup
• 2 cups medium protein flour
• 2 tbsp sugar
• 2 tsp baking powder
• 1 tsp baking soda
• 200 ml milk
• 2 eggs beaten off.
• 2 cups plain yogurt
• 1/4 tsp vanilla powder
• sachet of maple syrup
• 2 tbsp olive oil

STEP/INSTUCTION ( instruksi )
1. In a bowl, mix the dry ingredients, namely flour, sugar, baking
powder, and baking soda. Stir well.
2. In another bowl add eggs, yogurt and vanilla. Stir well. Add dry
ingredients mixture to liquid ingredients. Stir until well combined
and the mixture becomes very thick.
3. After mixed well, add 2 tablespoons of cooking oil into the dough,
stir until blended again. Then let stand 15 minutes.
4. Pour about 1 scoop of pancake batter into the preheated pan. When
the dough starts to have holes / nests at the top, turn the dough over
until it is brown. Do the same thing until the dough runs out.
5. The last step, add maple syrup and ice cream as a topping, and the
yogurt maple pancake is ready to be served.
