GRILON C MB 7361 FS

PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
Grilon C MB 7361 FS is a co-polyamide based
slip/anti-block masterbatch which is suitable for all
polyamides with a melting point above 135°C.

APPLICATION
Grilon C MB 7361 FS is mainly used as an slip/anti-
block additive for cast- and blown film production
(mono- and coextrusion). Considering legal requir e-
ments it is also used in films for food packaging.

PROCESSING
According to the blocking tendency of the film, the
amount of Grilon C MB 7361 FS should be at be-
tween 1-4%.

Grilon C MB 7361 FS is based on a special co-

polyamide and has a melting point of 135°C. It can
therefore be incorporated in all polyamide-types,
which have processing-temperatures higher than
140°C.

Influence of Grilon C MB 7361 FS

As Grilon C MB 7361 FS is based on a special co-
polymer, no change in the mechanical properties or
permeability of several polyamides can be observed,
when used in the recommended amounts.

In some cases with thicker blown films (≥ 80 µm) an

improvement in transparency can be observed due
to the addition of Grilon C MB 7361 FS.
