Question 1: Which version of the analysis (i.e., 4-cluster analysis or 5-cluster analysis) is

better in meeting Sonia’s objectives listed in the first paragraph? Please briefly describe

why, i.e., justify your answer.

The 5-cluster analysis proves most effective in achieving Sonia's goals of identifying

individuals at the greatest risk of heart disease because it exhibits a higher average weight and

cholesterol levels when compared to the 4-cluster analysis.

Question 2: Consider the version of the analysis you selected in Question 1. Which cluster

of customers from the selected version of the analysis should be enrolled in the pilot

program? Please explain why you selected this particular cluster, i.e., justify your answer.

Sonia should begin with Cluster 1 before proceeding to the other clusters. This is

because, Cluster 1 has the highest average weight and cholesterol at 268.557 and 273.253,

respectively, compared to the other clusters. Therefore, Cluster 1 contains a group of people who

are at a higher risk of getting heart disease.
