Volunteer Core Head
BULSU KAYAKAP
Question #3
What are your goals for your organizations? What changes
do you want to implement?

“Well the most priority/goal for our organization is to reach

those who are in the needs of help and the one who's deserving
to be helped. My goal for our organization is to always give than
to receive, our organization is a non-profit organization but the
act of the volunteerism and donations from different persons, it
can give a fulfilling needs for those who are in need. My only
change that I want to be implemented would be the
performance appraisals and evaluation for the officers, it's
because some of the officers are not active so it gives the space of
RAVEN DIAZ being irresponsible to their duties and responsibilities that
Volunteer Core Head
BULSU KAYAKAP
resulted to some malfunction and lack of helping hand for the
organization.”
Question #4
What are the common problems you encounter in your
organizations? How do you address these problems?

Well, the first one would be the irresponsible officers because in

organization every position is really important for the organization to be
efficient, each of the officers must be the one who will be responsible for
leading the organization so if one officers cannot fulfill his/her duties it can
the lack of unity and diversity of the organization. Second, the lack of
budget, because the organization can't proceed for the projects if it lacks on
budget. Budget is needed for the things and goods that we need to buy and
prepare, so if we can't fulfill the right budget, then there will be the short for
the needs that we shall have for us to help others. Lastly, it would be the lack
of time management of some of the officers, because for us to proceed for
RAVEN DIAZ the projects that we need to fulfill we should have the proper plans and
scheduling for us to do it in a right time. Because for the project to proceed,
Volunteer Core Head
we need the approval of each of the officers so if one is absent in the general
