Dear Tohfa Yitmasova:

We are writing concerning the October 22, 2023 TOEFL iBT® Home Edition. As explained in the Information and Registration Bulletin
for TOEFL iBT® Home Edition test, you were advised that Educational Testing Service (ETS) is obligated to report test scores that
accurately reflect the performance of test-takers. Accordingly, ETS routinely reviews testing irregularities and test results believed to
be earned under unusual or nonstandard circumstances. You agreed to these policies and procedures when you registered for the
test.

We are writing to advise that the test scores issued in your name for October 22, 2023 have been canceled. We have taken this action
because you received assistance during the test administration.

In addition, because this is a serious infraction; to protect the integrity of the TOEFL iBT® Home Edition testing program and ensure the
validity of TOEFL iBT® Home Edition test scores, ETS has decided you will not be permitted to take any tests administered by
Educational Testing Service until after October 24, 2024. Failure to comply with the content of this letter or a repeat of such behavior
will result in further restrictions or legal actions.

You must contact the Office of Testing Integrity at TSReturns@ets.org for approval to begin testing after October 24, 2024. You will be
required to submit your identification document and other information requested by the Office of Testing Integrity before receiving
approval for future testing.
