Customer Insights - Journey

Customer Insights - Journey is designed to help you or your organization identify or know
the leads that are interested in your product that can lead them on becoming a customer.
In this application we can generate emails, forms, notifications, and even text messages.

FORM

Now, let's check on the marketing form that I created yesterday.

So once we get to the Forms page under the Channel group, we will have to choose the form
that we want to edit. But, if you want to create a new one, just click the new button at the top
part of the screen.

Upon clicking the new button, enter form name + choose the target audience (contact or lead).
For example we chose the lead… when a user answers the form, his/her data will be saved
under the Open leads.

Form analytics - shows the submission funnel wherein it reflects the number of form views,
submissions and unique submission.

Once stopped in accepting responses, the form can be edited. *show where to edit*

Preview and test shows you how the form will look in different screen sizes.

Last tab is the submission. It will show you the submissions made in the form.

EMAIL

In creating an email, we can choose the template that we want to use. But we can also create a
blank one.

Same with the workspace in editing a form, it is also a drag and drop.

For example, you want the email to automatically put the name of the user who submitted a
form. So, to do this, we have to add a dynamic text. *shows the dynamic text

Show Welcome Email

Show data for-it shows in what journey the email is being used.
Overview - it only shows the percentage of the delivery rate, open rate, and the click rate
Delivery funnel and the delivery issue

JOURNEY
When creating a new journey, we will have to choose a type. It can be trigger-based or
segment-based.

Trigger-based journey - this is applicable for real time response to the customers. One of the
examples is when a form is submitted.

Segment-based on the other hand is we are setting a target audience. Meaning, it can be more
personalized because we can choose who we want to send the email to. This type requires a
segment.

Segment or marketing segment - it is a group of related contacts that you can use as target
audiences for your marketing initiatives.
