Value proposition
When the users enter to our site the first things they see its give them the
First impression about the whole site so we need to be careful in how we show
our value proposition to attract their attention so we do the following :

easy handling with different elements in the Website


For example, ease of registration by using a clear form that includes all
registration details so that the user does not have to write these details again
elsewhere in the site include the various payments ways , also when the users
want to search for specific item they can search them by various ways
(Specifications ,package name ,part of name ,company name ,branches
company names )all of these are show in lits that lead them to their goal from
using the site .

● We also display the products of the international designing and


manufacturing electronics companies on in the site interface

It is achieved by show attractive images for companies l (Apple


,Samsung,Huawei)with recent version of their products such as Air buds ,i
Pads

Upon entering the site on the main page, a discount is offered for some of
the products using slide show method, and presented in a way that attracts
the consumer (Consistent colors ,summarization for each package of product )

● show the site content with its different types and items in modern ,
simple and attractive way

Show products in professional and attractive photos in addition of clusters


and lists , use short videos to showcase the product from various aspects

● we developed ways to keep contact with our customer to answer on

through several methods, including having conversations inside the site as
soon as you enter it. This conversation Done between the by phone and email
to exploit the customer’s affection to become a continuous customers , and
send to them different emails about our new in the site to keep the close

On site, upon filling out the form se cookies , age, gender, and place of residence are
used to analyze marketing opportunities for which category the product is sold to .
by the analysis operation either for the user including details like how much
purchasing transaction they make monthly and which item they put in the shopping
basket even if they purchase them or not ,also according to the place of residence we
can defined how much time the product need to arrive to customers and what the
way to transfer them (Nautical, land and air ) to calculate the potential cost and the
potential price ,beside product analysis to determine its specifications and connect
them with the right customers and right place.

Competitive environment
We must understand and anticipate market movement, weaknesses and strengths ,
Description of either direct or indirect competitors ,to collect data about their
price ,profitability ,and which companies they dealing with

such as Study Location that competitors cannot deliver products to them

of our site and take a place in the beginning of competitors line in the same work
environment , what they offer and how they offer them ,The percentage of their

in order to allocate the competitive advantages we need to study the competitive
environment to know what are the things that our competitor bring to the
marketplace so we take benefits from them in order to introduce more effective,
special , superior products or services

such as : our some of competitors give the most buying users and who make the
first purchase in their site covers for their phones as a gift ,we make the same
principle but in more creative ways ,we give the customers the ability to design they
own cover by themselves or write the specifications they want and we design it for
them ,and as they make more purchasing transactions we give them more gifts with
more features and creativity

Another competitive advantage is that this website is handled in B2B as well as B2C
so that we provide products as retailer to consumers and as wholesales to customers
who handled business
Also, the customers can replace the product if it does not comply with the product
specifications that they want in specific period of time

all of this can make us the first mover in the marketplace and make a perfect market
for our products

Market Strategy
in order to increase our value in the market we need to put a detailed plan about how
we will promote our products/Services to the target audience .

in our site the audience are consist of different ranges from teenagers,adults, middle age
to old people so we make the environment of the site dynamic,simple,modern so that we
can attract all of them at the same level without complexity in the content ,as a result
when the users fill up the form at the first time they put their birth year so the content
and native promotions are suitable with their concerned such as :

for teenagers and adults for specific age we show the devices that are suitable for video
games ,programming,developing

for middle age we show products that are easy to use ,maybe with high price ,and more
dark colors

for old people we show products with big screen , its life long and simple to deal with it

but to attain all of that we need to use the right way to make our advertisements also
according to the details that we collect them from cookies and form

● We can forward packets of messages using e-mail and direct multiple


advertisements to consumers
● Users who purchase from the site continuously receive a VIP card and great
discounts to stimulate purchases
● The site's name also has a major role in marketing and attracting consumers
● Create a special space for pictures that are sent by consumers for products
purchased from the site and send the best pictures to consumers to encourage
purchasing

Organizational development
The the of Organizational structure for any E-commerce website begins with manager
who must be of the same field of the site and the more the site grows, sub
specializations and department start to appear, such as :

● Department Top Management (Manager) :our manger has a long experience


with how to deal with electronic products and long training of how to manage
and use of E-commerce website to achieve the target goals and small team that
will help the Manager of eCommerce with budgeting, market speculation and
reporting finance.
● Media and Marketing Department : in this department we employed a
profficianal media and marketing specialised to choose the best and perfect
ways for marketing purpose and innovat creative advertising and promotions
for the right people in the right time and place ,also we analyzed the data of our
users and we get result like most of our user use instagram as a social media
platforms so we headed to it as the main platform for our advertising and
marketing .

● Customer care department :this department detect the user movement in the site
and trac their transactions,comments and feedbacks in order to detect their
needs,Complaints,and new services they want them in the website to make it
comfortable to them via contentious communication with them from the moment
the enter the site to the moment they receive the order using different ways like
emails , text area in the site and SMS.

Development Department : Analyzing the results, problems and feedback to try to


develop the existing site or product and implement the plan as required Fix existing
problems ,focus on product/service quality and increased the profitability

IT department : they receive the documentation of problems or issues and


recommendations about the new features like (design,new services,updates or delete
function )

Management Team
every web store needs to be actively managed upon inventory, pricing,
marketing and sales need attention and care from a professional ,
experiences and good training manager , no one can do whatever he
want in the site because if everyone is in charge, no one is in charge
,also E-commerce team are created according to the site stratiegs ,
objects and with the right skills that always be needed .

we use this model because we are managing our stock and tracking the orders
until they arrived to the customer

we have an affiliate revenue model that deals with a business that follows
the principle of commission. Merchants and vendors partner up with well-

them a percentage of the profit as a commission.

we use this model because our goal is to reaching specific audience and we
choose the type of platform media that we make our advertisement on
them

we use it because the goal of our website is show , sale products and reduce
