work experience is in Recruitment & Selection, Disciplinary Proceedings, and
Administration as currently I have been working as Executive HDS at Riphah
International University, Lahore.
I have been completed my M.Phil Major in HRM from a well reputed University
with 3.81 CGPA with Research Thesis, Meanwhile, this duration of studies, I have learnt
and got expertise on different Modern Software like, MS OFFICE, SPSS, AMOS, for
statistical analysis and also used Mendeley for citation, throughout my entire academic
career, I got 1st division. I have been consistently providing professional services to
serving department that proves my determination and demonstrates my unyielding
commitment.
I have been associated with this field for more than 5 years in Human Resource
Department. During this tenure of services I have had a great knowledge of Business
Communication, Management, Human Resource Management, and Administration,
Modern Practices. Moreover, it has enriched me professionally and equipped me with
the traits needed to deal with a variety of situations in an innovative, effective and
efficient manner.
I offer a good blend of professional experiences, requisite knowledge and skills
