The workshop is designed to help appreciate the importance of Design Thinking (DT) across all aspects of work,
with hands-on learning through application of DT tools, methods, and frameworks to live business challenges.
Program Objectives
As the world becomes more complex and markets more turbulent, traditional – 'continuous improvement' - driven
methods of operating become less and less relevant, and in many industry sectors, can easily turn dangerous to the long-
term survivability and resilience of the business.
In this program participants will be able to understand why this is the case, and how a Design Thinking mindset
becomes a necessary strand of any business strategy. The large majority of all change and innovation attempts end in
failure. The program will explore the reasons and reveal the 'DNA' of the small percentage of change projects that
deliver real, tangible benefits to the organisation.

Program Faculty
In a typical year, prior to Covid-19, Darrell would find himself travelling around
250,000miles and working in 25 different countries. Today, the miles have
disappeared, but the number of countries has increased.

Program Fee
` 25,000
Per participant plus applicable taxes.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations 10-20 days prior to the program will be subject to payment of 50% of the program fee(plus applicable
taxes), and cancellations received less than 10 days prior to the program start date will be subject to payment of 100% of
the program fee (plus applicable taxes)
