Strategy to Love Effort and Friction

Objective:
I’m gonna take advantage of the neuroplasticity feature of the brain to
change myself into becoming the best version of myself achieving
the Highest Possible Goal of the Highest Possible Good.

1. Everyday, set upon your schedule hard things to do that are centered to
the Highest Possible Goal of the Highest Possible Good (intense focus
here). In that schedule, you must also implement deep rest (NSDR)
intervals between sessions. It is of importance to access good quality of
sleep. //this is taking advantage of the fact that neuroplasticity is triggered by focus
and develops or occurs on deep rest and sleep.

2. Do the hard things, practice the Internal Reward System. Set micro-
goals inside of goals. Optimise the brain functions such as strategizing,
analysing, planning, etc.

3. Just do it! Behavior comes first, thoughts, perceptions, and feelings


follow.
