 LANGUAGE, STYLE AND FORMAT
1. Language: Thesis should be written in English.
2. Page Format: A4 white paper should be used for the thesis with single side printing on of the
paper. A usual (Times New Roman) font, size 12-point, 10 to 12 characters per inch must be
used with 1.5 line spacing.
3. Left Margin should be 38 mm (1.5”) all other margins should be consistently 25.4 mm (1.0”).
Exceptionally, margins of a different size may be used when the nature of the thesis requires it.
4. Header/ Footer of relevant section chapter’s may be placed by the student.
5. Figures, tables, etc., should be positioned according to the scientific publication conventions of
the discipline.
6. Bibliography pattern: All references must be cited in the text by the (et. al., year). (Example:
Jain et. al., 2020)

7. Final Proof: The final proof of the thesis must be written in well grammatical spelling,
with free of other errors when submitted.
