2 ITEM 24 REPLACES EXISTING SWITCH PLATE IN THE M207-20M478-041 COLLECTIVE STICK ASSEMBLY. EXISTING LANDING LIGHT SWITCH IS TRANSFERRED TO ITEM 24.
3 ENLARGE HOLES IN ITEMS 23 AND 24 FOR THE SWITCHES TO FIT SNUG, IF REQUIRED. USE MIL-A-46106 SILICONE ADHESIVE TO RETAIN LOOSELY FITTING SWITCHES.
MATCH THE SWITCH BODY INDEX WITH APPROPRIATE NOTCH IN THE SWITCH PLATE TO ORIENT THE TRIM SWITCH.
4 SWITCH IS POSITIONED WITH THE GUARD BELOW THE BUTTON (AS SHOWN).
5 DRILL THE HOLE FOR FTR/FCS ENGAGE SWITCH IN THE EXISTING GRIP, PART OF THE M207-20M476-041 CYCLIC STICK ASSEMBLY. SWITCH HOLE IS CENTERED ON THE
EXISTING CIRCULAR FEATURE IN THE GRIP. APPLY FTR/FCS ENG SWITCH LABEL TO THE FRONT OF EXISTING GRIP. THE SWITCH LABEL IS INCLUDED WITH ITEM 23.
6 ADHESIVE BACKED ALUMINUM FOIL APPLIED IN STRIPS TO THE END FITTING IN THE CYCLIC STICK ASSEMBLY MAYBE USED TO ADJUST FOR TIGHT FIT WITH ITEM 23.
7 TORQUE SCREWS HAND TIGHT.
