What you’ll need:

1. Printer
2. Transparency
3. Exacto knife
4. Waterproof pen

Making the stencil in two ways:

1. Print the designs on a transparency and cut them out

with an exacto knife.
2. Trace the design onto a transparency with
a waterproof pen and then cut them out.
