APPYLING JOB AS A TRAINEE GEES MF-MANUFACTURING ENGINEERING,

INSTRUMENTATION, CONTROL ENGINEERING, INDUSTRIAL AND
PRODUCTION

I wish to apply for the position of as advertised in the Career for Students and Graduates in
Petronas website which is matching with my interest. As a fresh graduate of Bachelor of
Engineering (Chemical) graduated in November 2022, the position appears to fit wonderfully
with my education and career interests.

I believe that my Bachelor’s of Engineering (Chemical) from a local engineering university,

Universiti Teknologi Malaysia has prepared me for this position. As I was a student before, I
was equipped with the necessary knowledge and skills in chemical engineering branches.

I notice that the position you advertised requires five years of experience. Although I do not
have work experience related to engineering and manufacturing industry. I have gone through
3-months industrial training during my 3rd year of my studies where I was given tasks
equivalent to project manager to assist Master Degree student’s project in Fertigation.

I believe that my knowledge and skills will help me contribute a great deal to your company.
Above all, I possess the interest and determination to perform well in the position you are
offering. I often get a commendation from my previous lecturer and superior regarding to the
quality of my work, such as an excellent interpersonal skill, effective communication skills,
good organization with proper handling in research and development, as well as very good
English spoken. I had a vision that your company is significant to provide me a good exposure
and opportunities for progression.
