FILMING OF TELEVISION COMMERCIAL – FILMING NOTIFICATION & REQUEST

To Whom it May Concern,

The City of Perth has commissioned Sandbox Productions Pty Ltd to produce a new TV commercial
for their Christmas campaign. This letter is to inform you that we are filming on King Street in-
between Murray St and Hay Street on Monday the 6th November, 2023.

Please be advised that the section between Murray St and Hay St will be closed for filming and there
will be increased pedestrian and vehicle traffic in the area on the filming day between approximately
7PM – 2AM.

Access to King St & Munster Lane for residents will be provided. Traffic controllers will always be
onsite to maintain and monitor the traffic management setup and assist with any access required by
local businesses/residents that require access to King St between Murray St and Hay St.

In order for us to complete filming in a safe, quick and timely manner, we would greatly appreciate
your cooperation by being aware of our presence and not approaching or stepping into our filming
area if you are not required in the area.

Filming details: KING STREET (SECTION INBETWEEN MURRAY ST AND HAY ST)
Filming Date: MONDAY - 6TH NOVEMBER 2023
Estimated Filming Times: 1900 (6 Nov) – 0200 (7 Nov)

We have gained permission to film from your LGA (Local Government Authority) as to our presence
in the area, as well as have the necessary insurances.
