PEMBROKE
ROAD CLOSURE
FOR
A FUNERAL WAKE

SATURDAY, AUGUST 26th, 2023,

FROM 2:30 pm TO 10:30 pm

The Ministry of Public Works wishes to inform motorists that there will be road closures on
Curving Avenue in Pembroke for a Funeral wake.

The road closures will occur at Curving Avenue, Pembroke, between Rambling Lane and
Middle Town Drive junctions on Saturday, August 26th, 2023, beginning at 2:30 pm and
concluding at 10:30 pm.

Motorists are encouraged to avoid this closed section of Curving Avenue and use alternative
routes via Happy Valley Road or Parson's Road.

Traffic control will be under the direction of the funeral wake group representatives.

The Ministry of Public Works wishes to encourage the full cooperation of the motoring public
and apologizes for any inconvenience that may result.
