COMMISSION AGREEMENT

COMMISSION AGREEMENT - This Commission Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into as of this

NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual promises set forth herein and for other good and valuable consideration the
receipt and sufficiency of which is hereby acknowledged, the parties hereto agree as follows:

1. Agreement to Pay Commission: In the event a lease is fully executed, Tenant hereby agrees to pay a real estate
commission to Agent in the sum equal fifty percent (50%) of the first Monthly Rent. For example, if the rent is €500, tenant
is obligated to pay €250 to the Agent.

2. Payment of Commission: In the event of a lease amendment, the commission shall be due and payable in cash or
money transfer one hundred percent (100%) upon Commission Agreement Execution. If Tenant fails to make any payment
on the day of agreement, Agent have all legal right to stop the agreement and rent a property to another party. If Tenant
decides to pay one hundred percent (100%) of commission to the Agent, Agent is obligated to stop advertising property
and reserve that property to the Tenant.

3. Delinquent Payment: In the event Tenant decide to not take Lease Agreement between him and Owner of the property
from the day of property availability or before, Agent have all legal rights to keep commission that is a sum of fifty percent
(50%) of the first Monthly Rent. Any other agreement between Tenant and Owner of the property will not affect Agent and
agreement between him and future Tenant.

4. Confidentiality: The material contained herein is confidential. It is intended for use by Agent solely for the payment of
commissions due hereunder from Landlord and is not intended to be discussed nor disclosed to any other person within
Agent (other than primary accountants, managers, attorneys and required staff) or outside of Agent. In the event that
Tenant does not enter into the contemplated transaction, Agent will continue to keep such information and material
concerning the terms of this Commission Agreement confidential.
