What happens on the day

You need to go to the vaccination centre you have booked for your
appointment.
Try to get to the vaccination centre at the arrival time you selected when
booking your vaccination appointments.
This will help avoid long queues at the vaccination centre.
You will need to bring:
your booking reference numbers
a face covering, unless you cannot wear one for a health or disability reason

What happens at your appointment

Your appointment should take 30 to 45 minutes.
This will include:
being checked in using your booking reference numbers
answering questions about your medical history
having the vaccination
You will then have the vaccination as an injection into your upper arm.

After the vaccination

You may be asked to wait for 15 minutes after having the vaccination. This is
in the unlikely event you have a reaction to the vaccine.
Research has found it's rare to have a serious allergic reaction to the vaccine.
If this does happen, it usually happens within minutes.
The team will be trained to deal with reactions and treat them immediately.
