Steps for filling the DU examination form
online
Step 1 - Login on https://slc.uod.ac.in/index.php/site/login
Step 2 - Add papers/ courses
Step 3 - Fill examination Form
Step 4 - Pay fee
Step 5 - Save the form

• Login on slc portal with enrolment number and password used by you in
previous semester.
• In case you don’t remember the password, click “reset password”

(ABC) is a virtual/digital

A student has to pay –

• Rs 100 for every theory
paper.
• Rs 200 for every practical
paper
• Rs 100 for statement of
marks
• Rs 10 for examination form
fee.

Make sure each subject

shown in your smartprof
app is added in examination
form with correct UPC

admission in 2016,17,18.
 In case of any doubt, share screenshot with details on given email IDs. No
personal messages will be entertained.
 In case of any doubt about UPC, as your concerned teacher, ask admin staff
member/ Mail. DO NOT FILL WRONG UPC.
