the search for recognition is a question that not only has to do with respect for
what is different, but also has to have a legal validity, making visible an issue
that is no less important for being minor.

But then, globalization
bursts in...
Nancy Fraser analyzes how her model to explain justice and social injustice does not
explain the reality of our times, that is, the irruption of globalization and how it has
affected the fabric of social classes.
Therefore, develops a new, third dimension: participation
This dimension is linked to the other two, and is explained as follows:
WHEN someone can make a claim for social justice.
WHAT can be claimed in terms of social justice
WHO is in a position to make such a claim
Misrepresentation occurs when social groups are not part of the development of
norms, laws and public policies.
Therefore, if there were already two dimensions, economic and social, the political
dimension is now added.
And WHY globalization? globalization has developed international investments, the
pressure of great powers on small nations, and all kinds of organizations that
influence decisionmaking.
