computer or robot can perform operations that, by their nature, call for the human intellect.
Although AI is intended to replace menial tasks with a more efficient and expedient method of
accomplishing the job, artificial intelligence cannot eliminate the requirement for human intellect
in the workplace as it lacks emotional intelligence, can only work with inputted data and, most
importantly lacks the creativity of the human mind.

Emotional intelligence is one crucial aspect that AI or Artificial Intelligence will never achieve.
Humans are social animals, and our fundamental need is the desire for emotional kinship. This
connection is made possible by the hormones and emotions in both people interacting chemically
and biologically. Since AI is made out of software and chips rather than biological cells, it lacks
it. So, in the case of intellectual practices like writing, even if the AI can write intricate lines, it
will never contain the complexity of human emotions.

AI can only operate using the data given by the humans who have programmed it. Therefore, the
machine is useless if the data entered does not include a new field of activity or if its algorithm
does not account for unexpected events. Moreover, this is not an issue for the human intellect as
the human mind is an endless field of information and imagination through which it can endure
even the unforeseen and survive. Therefore, Artificial intelligence (AI) cannot easily mimic
human reasoning or the capacity of the human brain to analyze, develop, improvise, maneuver,
and gather information.

Finally, Without human intelligence, artificial intelligence would not exist. Artificial intelligence
comprises intelligence created by humans. Humans write the lines of code that are used to create
AI. Humans provide the data that AI machines use to operate. Furthermore, people are the ones
who operate these devices. Human services will become more and more in demand as AI
applications expand. These machines must be built, run, and maintained by someone who
designs the AI systems for them. People can only do this. These facts give you the confidence to
refute any theories that AI will replace people in the workplace.

Ultimately, Artificial Intelligence is not our enemy but a tool for helping and achieving more
excellent prospects. Even if it is more efficient than humans during workloads, it can never
replace a human mind. So, people should be more confident about their intellect and learn from
their shortcomings so that fear of AI taking over the world can never be a reality and stay only
fiction.
