D) CURRICULUM Reference to the subject noted above. 2. Revised Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm. D) Curriculum was implemented in 2012-13 and the same is applicable to the institutions imparting Pharmacy Degree Program. It is the need of the hour to further improve the same in the light of experiences of the teachers, users and the students themselves and the domestic and international needs and standards and the changing trends in the patient-care. 3. Accordingly, it has been planned to review the Curricula by bringing together all the stakeholders i.e. * Academicians ie. faculty members of the institutions imparting pharmacy programs; Senior practicing professionals from different disciplines of Pharmacy; «Federal and Provincial Governments (being consumers/ employers); Organizations representing Pharmaceuticals Manufacturers (being one of the consumers); © Organizations representing Pharmacists; © Higher Education Commission. 4. For this purpose, a two day’s workshop is being planned in Ramada Hotel, Islamabad on 11". 12% September, 2023 (for participants of Punjab, Khyber Pakhtun Khwa and Islamabad/ AJ&K). 5, In view of the above, you are requested to kindly have a consultative meeting within your institution to have the best possible inputs which you will be requested to present and discuss at the Workshop. 6.
