We are writing on behalf of our client, Ms Tsiuri Kakabadze, regarding her upcoming
interview appointment on 26 September 2023 at 15:30.

As you are aware from our previous correspondence, Ms Kakabadze has given birth to a
British child, Luka Kakabadze, on 26 June 2023. Her son is a British citizen through his
father and therefore Ms Kakabadze has rights as the primary caregiver of a British child.

Ms Kakabadze will be attending her interview appointment accompanied by her son Luka
and her older son, who is linked to this asylum claim Mr Gegi Chogovadze (HO Ref:
AIC/7705333). Mr Chogovadze will be present to assist Ms Kakabadze by holding Luka
during the interview, as she is unable to leave her infant son without her.

We wish to make it clear that Ms Kakabadze should further be considered for leave to remain
on the alternative/additional basis of being the mother of a British citizen child. Removing
her would be contrary to the child's welfare and best interests. Her removal could also
amount to a breach of her rights under Article 8 ECHR.
