Litigation Vertical Business Leader

Litigation Vertical of the organisation will involve overseeing and managing all aspects of the
litigation process. You will be responsible for leading a team of legal professionals and ensuring the
efficient and effective delivery of litigation support services to clients. Your primary focus will be on
handling complex litigation matters, providing strategic guidance, and maintaining high-quality
standards in all deliverables.

Responsibilities:

1. Team Leadership and Management:


o Supervise a team of litigation professionals, including attorneys, paralegals, and
support staff.
o Assign tasks, monitor workloads, and provide guidance and feedback to ensure high
performance and productivity.
o Foster a collaborative and positive work environment, promoting professional
development and growth within the team.
2. Legal Research and Drafting:
o Conduct in-depth legal research and analysis on various litigation topics, including
case law, statutes, regulations, and legal precedents.
o Prepare and review legal documents, including pleadings, motions, briefs, discovery
requests, and responses.
o Ensure the accuracy, quality, and compliance of all legal documents and
submissions.
3. Document and Evidence Management:
o Oversee the collection, organization, and management of litigation documents and
evidence.
o Implement and maintain document management systems and processes to ensure
efficient retrieval and storage of case-related materials.
o Coordinate with the e-Discovery team to facilitate electronic document review and
production.
4. Client Relationship Management:
o Interact with clients to understand their needs, objectives, and expectations.
o Provide regular updates on case progress, milestones, and potential risks.
o Collaborate with clients to develop and implement litigation strategies aligned with
their business goals.
5. Quality Assurance and Compliance:
o Ensure compliance with legal standards, ethics, and regulations in all litigation
activities.
o Conduct quality checks and review work products to ensure accuracy, completeness,
and adherence to client requirements.
o Implement and maintain quality control processes to continuously improve service
delivery.

Requirements:

 Strong Leadership experience in Client Services Management with law firms and corporate
clients along with New client engagements
 Excellent experience in running Production services for E-discovery, contracts management,
process management including optimization, operational strategy to optimize cost
efficiencies.
 Proficient in Sales engagement for developing and submitting proposals and concept notes,
budgets, databases, RFPs, RFIs, RFQs.
 Adept in handling Client interactions through client calls/video conferencing, performing on-
site work as well as experience leading project teams, with scheduling/ monitoring the
progress of projects, and providing regular updates/status reports.
 Familiarity with e-Discovery tools and document management systems and experience on
various document databases such as, Relativity, Stratify, Xerox, Kroll OnTrack, and
Concordance.
 Law degree from an accredited law school with minimum 15 years’ experience in a LPO
environment in a leadership role with relevant experience in litigation support services.
 Strong knowledge of civil and/or criminal litigation processes, legal principles, and
procedures across USA and UK Litigation support services
 Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
 Proficient in legal research, writing, and drafting.
 Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
 Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
 Demonstrated leadership and team management abilities.
