Company Policies for Temporary Personnel

« All employees must have a Worker Health and Safety Awareness Proof of Completion
Certificate, as required by the Ministry of Labor.

• Handwashing must be performed prior to entering the production areas, after using the
toilets, after eating and any other time an unsanitary task has been performed.

• Jewelry, including piercings are NOT allowed to be worn on the production floor, with an
exception of medical alert bracelets.

• NO loose clothing, scarves and clothing with embellishments are allowed.

• NO makeup (including false eyelashes), excessive perfume and aftershave is allowed on the
production floor.

• Fingernails must be kept short and free from nail varnish; false fingernails and nail art shall
NOT be worn.

• Eating (including the eating of confectionary and chewing of gum and tobacco), drinking
and smoking is NOT allowed in the production areas, storage and locker rooms.

• Smoking is only allowed in the designated areas, exterior to the building.

• Personal items, including cell phones and personal medicines shall NOT be taken to the
production floor, with the exception of EpiPens.

e All cut and grazes on exposed skin shall be covered by a blue bandage provided in the First Aid
box. Any other color bandages worn by the employee from home must be replaced by the
company issued blue bandage prior to starting work.

• The employee must inform the company of any infections, diseases or conditions with
which they may have been in contact or be suffering from.

• Personal Medicines must be stored in lockers, with the exception of Epi-Pens (in this case,
inform the supervisor).

• Protective clothing (smocks, hairnets and beard nets, gloves) will be worn appropriately inthe
production areas.

• As per the Ministry of Labor, the use of ear plugs in the workplace is mandatory and must
be worn by all employees to minimize the exposure to high levels of noise.
• Unused or exterior-use clothing must be kept in designated areas and removed at the
conclusion of shift. The employer shall not be responsible for lost or mislaid clothing
articles, and may remove such articles if such articles constitute, in the employer’s opinion,
a health hazard.

• Protective clothing and personal clothing must not be stored in the same locker.

• All employees must wear proper footwear, Closed shoes only, front and back. High heels,
sandals, and open slippers are not allowed. Slip resistant steel-toed safety footwear is
required to be worn by all mechanics, blenders, and shippers.

« An employee on the premises of the company with alcohol or non-prescribed drugs; or


who brings alcohol or non-prescribed drugs on the premises; or who is under the influence
of alcohol or non-prescribed drugs; will be terminated forthwith.

e Engaging in physical assault or “fighting” by an employee against any other person while on
the company premises will result in suspension or termination without further notice or
warning,

• Spitting on the company premises is strictly prohibited and will result in disciplinary action.

• Easy Plastics prohibits the smoking, eating or vaping of cannabis on property or during
working hours, any employee found violating the policy will face disciplinary action.

• Each employee is responsible for keeping the floor area and aisles around the machines
free of plastic. grease, plastic binding, or string.

• Any minor or major injury or accident must be reported to the supervisor immediately.

• At work, familiarize yourself with the fire escape routes and the first aid box locations.
