General Format of the Mini-Project Report

The Report for VI Semester Mini-Project should contain the following details:
1. Front Page:
2. Certificate Page:
3. Table of Contents:
4. Acknowledgement:
5. Abstract: Mention abstract (single page) as the brief summary of the Mini-Project connecting
to the presently in-use technology with Mini-Project.
6. Description of the Mini-Project: Description should cover Introduction, System Block
Diagram, Flow Charts, Algorithms, Case Studies, any other relevant information, which can
enhance seminar quality. These sections may be considered as individual Chapters in Seminar report
provided the number of pages are more than or above 4 pages.
7. References: Quote and cite all possible references used for the formulation of the Mini-Project
and report. Ex: Conference papers, journal articles, books, magazines, websites (as per IEEE
Format)
Note:
 Content format details:
o Main Heading Font: Times New Roman, 16 font size
o Sub-Heading Font: Times New Roman, 14 font size
o Content: Times New Roman, 12 font size
o Line Spacing: 1.5
o Page Size: A4 Regular
 Titles in the description part can be chosen as per the convenience depending on the Mini-
Project.
 Report must contain proper headers and footers and page numbers as shown in this format.
 Figure, table numbers and other related captions must be cited completely as required.
