The credit underwriting and compliance department should write a procedure
manual which will give new staff members an overview of the department .
The recoveries and Collection department should continue to develop the DRM’s
system since the system has an opportunity to increase recovery rate.

Explain: Despite that it was a new environment , the staff members were very
accommodative, supportive and gave the necessary guidance whenever arose.

The university must offer skills workshops to help students develop high demand
skills and provide pre-professional advising and activities to better prepare students
for the job market.

Explain. Yes , because I already build cordial relationships with staff in the

organization. Furthermore, the organization is big and it’s on a growth strategy

with a number of subsidiaries, which enable me to meet my long-term objectives of

being a top banker in Zimbabwe.

It was an eye opener with lots of insights in the work and economic environment .
The whole industrial attachment experience is rated excellent.
