5. What actually dominos is doing?

Current Scenario (Dominos Strategy)

 Transportation problem – delivery part and the way they have resolved it – fortressing
strategy (in les radius)
 Not dependant on any delivery partner, they were alone running through their employees.
 Dine -in was not their focus, the idea was on home delivery, so the fixed cost was reduced as
the infrastructure was not very rigidly followed. Tag line – 30 minutes delivery
 Multiple shops opened on the road so that it is reduced while transporting the perishable
goods
 Right now, market share, before and after (comparison) – financial part can also be shown
 Jubilant food works in market share and growth.
