She is a good tenant and should pay on the 06th day of every month cash in
hand. I will supply her with receipts every month upon receiving the payment.
From May 2023 tenant should pay by bank transfer
He is supposed to pay each month £1100; however, He pays for her own
electricity through a key at pay point.
Water rates on Tenant’s name
£90 For Council Tax on Landlord’s name, tenant pays cash separate for it
