DISCUSSION OF PUBLIC ACCOUNTS COMMITTEE (PAC) MEETING
HELD ON 27TH SEPTEMBER, 2022- INFORMATION REGARDING
DUAL NATIONALS.

I am directed to refer to the Board’s earlier letter of even no dated 18.11.2022 on

the subject cited above and to state that vide aforesaid letter it was requested to provide the
information related to dual nationality, if any, in respect of employees in (BS-01 to BS-21) of IR
field offices on the prescribed format. However, information from some offices (Annex-I) has
not been received so far.

2. It is once again reminded you that this task may be given top priority and subject
information may be completed and furnished to the Board today positively before close of
office hours for onward submission to Establishment Division which has been required by the
Public Accounts Committee (PAC).

3. I am further directed to say that in case the information is not received by due
date/time, it will presumed that the reply is ‘Nil’ and the respective Head of office shall be
responsible for any subsequent discrepancy in this regard.
