SUBJECT: PRE – DAC AUDIT REPORTS FOR THE YEARS 2017-18, 2018-19, 2019-
20, 2020-21 2021-22 (DT/IDT)

I am directed to refer to the subject and enclose a copy of PAC Cell, RTO,
Faisalabad’s letter No.DCIR/PAC/RTO/Fsd/1147 dated 18.10.2023 which is self-explanatory.

2. It is requested to examine the cases forwarded by the PAC Cell and initiate
prompt action under the law to enforce recovery, ensure disposal of under process cases, provide
detailed report and furnish progress report in the annotated form along with all supporting
documents by 31st October, 2023 to PAC Cell.

3. The letter may kindly be treated as most urgent.
