It is submitted that I have been working as an LDC (BS-11) at the Regional Tax
Office, Faisalabad since 20.01.2022, whereas my hometown is in District Sargodha.

Furthermore, it is submitted that my father has passed away, and all my sisters are
married; therefore, there is no one to take care of my mother.

Hence, I kindly request a transfer from the Regional Tax Office, Faisalabad to the
Regional Tax Office, Sargodha on humanitarian grounds as I need to look after my mother.

I would be very thankful to you for this kind favor.
