Subject: PRE-REGISTRATION VERIFICATION OF DOCUMENTS

VEHICLE: MITSUBISHI PAJERO JEEP - 1992

This is with reference to the stated subject; most imperative to mention that the subject
vehicle registration request was initially presented in our office for routine registration. However,
the said registration was not executed at M-R-A Islamabad, as the owner of the vehicle opted to
apply the registration at MRA Lahore rather than at our office M-R-A Islamabad
As Per the applicants information since the above described registration has been
applied in M-R-A Lahore, therefore Please find hereby the first verification; as original
verification returned to applicant. The stated registration request doesn’t pertain to M-R-A
ISLAMABAD anymore. It is informed that currently no vehicle has been found registered at M-
R-A Islamabad against Chassis No. mentioned in subject line as per the computer record of this
office till date.
In view of the above since the matter is related to MRA Lahore , hence the subject
vehicle registration process; shall be completed & processed at M-R-A Lahore.
