4. Explanation letter was issued vide this office letter CIR/WHT/No.834 dated
14.03.2022, on account of un-authorized absence from duty from 26.02.2022 to 01.03.2022 &
04.03.2022 to 12.03.2022 without prior permission/intimation.
5. The official is a habitual abentee. Moreover, his performance in the office is not
up to the mark. He did not take interest in his official duties. Therefore, it is recommended that
disciplinary proceeding be initiated against Mr. Awais Khan LDC for above default.

last 6 months.

3. Explanation letters were issued a plenty of times but he did not bother to reply
and continued his habitual practice.
