Established in 1998, PT. Ruby Privatindo has grown to be an industry leading and
benchmark setting charcoal manufacturer. Our factories produce in excess of 300 tons
of premium coconut charcoal briquettes per month for reputed shisha and barbeque
charcoal brands and importers from the Middle East, Europe, and the Americas.
We only use the highest quality of coconut shell charcoal, most of which we make
ourselves, to manufacture our briquettes. Our ability to mass produce raw coconut
charcoal gives us impressive cost savings and quality control, allowing us to offer the
best prices to our customers, as well as consistent product delivery. Our vast
infrastructure and logistics network allow us to deliver with the shortest possible lead
time to any destination around the world.

Our briquettes are resistant to cracking, have low ash content and give a high heat
and long burn time. Due to the low volatile matter content, they do not give off any
smoke or unpleasant odours which may affect the taste of shisha tobacco.
We produce briquettes in a variety of shapes and sizes and can package them in our

 Delivering the Quality you expect

We use only 100% coconut shell charcoal with high fixed carbon content and low ash,
for our shisha briquettes and do not add any fillers such as wood charcoal and
sawdust or any chemicals such as lime and nitrates. We control every step of the
briquette manufacturing process from raw charcoal production in our carbonization
kilns to final briquette packaging and delivery. Our fully equipped in house laboratory
analyses every batch of briquettes produced to ensure product consistency.

Through years of intensive research and development we have perfected our briquette
formulas and production processes. Numerous factors affect the quality of charcoal
briquettes including raw material selection and cleaning, mixing consistency, blending
and moulding temperature and drying duration and methods. Our quality control teams
meticulously monitor each of these steps to ensure every batch of briquettes produced
is exactly what our customers have ordered, shipment after shipment.
