1. Maturity:
 Grade A coconut are well matured copra. They contain 61 to 63% oil.
 Grade B coconuts are immature Copra. These coconuts have 60 to 62% oil.
2. Uses:
 Grade A is used for high-grade oil milling
 Grade B is used For CNO and RBD Oil Milling
3. FFA content:
 Grade A copra has lower FFA Content which is below than 0,5 %
 Grade B copra has higher FFA Content. It is below than 5 %

4. Appearance:
 Grade A coconuts are free from fungus and burned with a very minimal smoky
 Grade B coconuts are burnt with a higher percentage of smoky
