Guidance/Explanation
- Provides the specific stakeholder which will be assessed for its effect/influence or
impact. Stakeholders include persons or organizations that can affect, be
affected by, or perceive themselves to be affected by a decision or activity.
- Specific extent of involvement in the organization. You may be able to drill down to
the interest of stakeholders if you are able to understand their position/s or stands
on certain issues, in this case, on policy, in general or in specific processes like the
budget process.
- Describes the nature of influence or the capacity of the stakeholder to affect the
activities, decisions and conditions of the organization, policy process or system
