my application for the position.

With almost 3 years of experience in studying dressmaking, I believe my

qualifications, positive attitude, patience and dedication will complement your
requirements. I have had the opportunity to function in a variety of creating
stylish and saleable fashions.

I enjoyed sewing for my family and friends few years ago. In the last
three years, I become a student of Garment Technology and have been chosen
as one of the representatives for the 2019 National Festival of Talents and won
the fifth place during the Regional Competition. It was in this competition that I
have gained extensive knowledge in making women’s garments like dresses and
blazers. I also learned on different sewing machines and tools, including their
designs, uses, benefits, repair and maintenance. During those years I learned
how to operate the Sewing Machines by Garment Sewing Operations, such as
joining, reinforcing and decorating garments/garment parts. I am also holder of
Dressmaking National Certificate (NCII).
