Mtrs. ‘* Covered area for storage of raw materials and finished products ~ 100 Sq. Mtrs. * Firm should have requisite permission like factory icense ete. 2.2 MANUFACTURING FACILITIES: 2.2.4. Firm should have the following minimum in-house facilities- - CNC HYBRID 3 axis Tube bending machine with bending capacity of tube diameter up to 60mm. - Multi axis Robotic welding machines with 3 metre range - MIG / Argon welding machines 400 KVA & 260 KVA - Stitching plant with Lay table and Heavy duty and a sewing speed of minimum. 2000sth/min with automatic lubrication mechanism - Powder coating facility with Oven - Captive power backup 2.2.2. Firm should have in house Design facility for all types of advanced seating manufacturing. Firm should have Licenses of 3D Modeling software.
