Brush for at least two minutes after every meal or snack, and before bed. If you’re not in a position to

brush after eating or drinking, make sure to rinse with plain water to get rid of food particles.🕓🕓🕓

Interdental brushes and dental floss will help you clean hard to reach areas, especially between the

teeth and brackets. Water floss can also be used to help you with this.🕓🕓🕓

Use an alcohol-free fluoride containing mouth wash once every day to strengthen tooth enamel.🕓🕓

To prevent damage to your braces, avoid foods that are hard, sticky, crunchy or chewy, or food that

cannot be modified to easily eat without getting stuck.🕓🕓🕓

Ulcers may develop due to rubbing of the braces against your cheeks or lips, If they do, they can easily be

managed by using orthodontic wax as seen on the video.🕓🕓🕓
