1) Security Detail will telephonically contact STEELE through the OPERATIONS CENTER
when they have picked up the client at the airport.
2) Security Detail will telephonically contact the OPERATIONS CENTER when the clients have been
delivered to their host hotel.
3) Security Detail will telephonically contact the OPERATIONS CENTER when they depart and arrive at
a location pursuant to the itinerary.
4) Security Detail will telephonically contact the OPERATIONS CENTER at the end of each shift when
the clients have been delivered to their hotel.

5) Security Detail will telephonically contact the OPERATIONS CENTER when they have been called to
work from “stand by”. Security Detail will report details of each shift per the details of this
communication annex.

6) Security Detail will telephonically contact the OPERATIONS CENTER if anything adverse or unusual
occurs during the detail.

7) Security Detail will telephonically contact the OPERATIONS CENTER if client requests contact with
STEELE personnel.
