Hi Brandi,

You are an amazing person to work with. I appreciate your communication skills, both over text
and in person. In the group chat, when I send texts, your responses involve confirming the need
to integrate my ideas into our presentations or reacting with a "thumbs up" or a "heart." When we
have our in-person meetings, I know I can rely on you to address my questions or other
teammates’ questions.

In addition to your communication, you are very outgoing and friendly. The simple things such
as you telling a funny story and showing us pictures of events that happened in your life
contribute to that safe team environment where everyone feels comfortable giving constructive
feedback and being ourselves.

I have observed that you are communicative and outgoing, but I do know you have room for
improvement in your giving of constructive criticism. You give some, but not enough. I want to
be able to point to a part of someone’s presentation and say “Yes, that was Brandi’s contribution.
That person was able to implement her insight onto their slide”. There was one time when you
told me that I participated in the team meetings, but I could have participated more. You told me
that I should speak up more because I have insightful information. You also told me that while I
do work hard on my parts of the presentations, I should help the other teammates out. That piece
of constructive criticism stuck with me. There have been other times when you did give great
advice. I remember you told one of our teammates that including a graphic on his part would
easily be visualized for our audience. I strongly encourage you to speak your mind if you feel
that something needs to be addressed to me individually or as a team.

You are a very confident person. It shines bright during our team meetings. You know your
information and you know what feels right. Do not be afraid to speak your truth because you
